General information

Commisions are for personal use only, unless a separate comecial license is purchased.
I recerve the right to decline any request without explanation.
All artworks are digital only - no physical items are shipped.
Final artwork will be sent only to you, if you don't want it posted on my social media, please let me know in advance - Otherwise, I can share it as part of my portfolio.
By submitting a comission request, you agree to these terms and the condition below.

Process

Brief discuss > 50% payment > draft > client feedbacks > keep adjusting, maximum 3 times sending back drafts) > draft confirm > 50% payment > final

Turnaround time

14 - 30 days (Completion time depends on the complexity of the project and current queue)
I can only provide a specific deadline after discussing the details.
Rush comissions may be available for an extra fee (depending on my sched)

Refunds & Cancellation

Full refunds are only possible before the work starts.
If you cancel during the sketch phase, a partial refund may be issued depending on process.
Once the colored version is approved, no refunds are possible.
If i need to cancel the commission for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.
